How it works
Sign up, connect your Jobber account and choose the kinds of equipment you service. ARC adds its fields to Jobber for you.
On each job, your office or tech chooses the equipment type and the unit. A new unit gets a short form in ARC's note on the job.
When the visit is completed, ARC adds a line to that unit's Card: the date, job number, job title and who did the work.
What ARC does
Your team works in Jobber as usual. Only the account owner signs in to ARC, to set it up and manage billing.
Each unit gets a pinned client note with its make, model, serial, location, status and service history.
Two dropdowns on each job, Equipment serviced and Unit, say which unit the work is on.
Completed visits are added to the unit's Card automatically. Nobody types a service record.
Each property lists its equipment, and each job shows which unit number is which.
When a job names a unit ARC hasn't seen, ARC's note on the job has a form to fill in, photos included.
Choose the equipment types you service and the details each new Card starts with.
