1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. The email address you use to create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see your plain password.
• Jobber data you authorize us to access. When you connect your Jobber account, you grant us access to your Jobber clients and their properties (such as names, addresses, and contact details) so we can sync them into the Service. The only data we write back to Jobber is a single “View equipment” link on each property that points to the matching record in the Service; we do not create, modify, or delete any other Jobber data.
• Content you create. Equipment records, service history, notes, and any photos you upload within the Service.
• Billing information. Subscription and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we retain your subscription status and related identifiers.
• Technical and usage data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To synchronize your Jobber clients and properties into the Service.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:

• Jobber — the source of the client and property data you choose to sync, accessed under your authorization.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Email delivery providers, for transactional messages such as password resets.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for a grace period and then deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest. Third-party access tokens (such as your Jobber connection) are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You may access or correct your account information within the Service.
• You may disconnect Jobber at any time from your Jobber account settings, which revokes our access.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

8. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
