1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. The email address you use to create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see your plain password.
• Jobber data you authorize us to access. When you connect your Jobber account, you let us read your Jobber clients and their properties (such as names and addresses), jobs, visits, client and job notes (including photos attached to them), custom fields and team members, so we can keep your equipment records in Jobber. We write to Jobber only our own custom fields on properties and jobs, one pinned note for each piece of equipment on the client, and one note on each job where equipment is or was picked. We keep a copy of what we write so we can keep it correct.
• Content you create. Equipment records and service history, which are kept in your Jobber account, and the copy we keep to maintain them.
• Billing information. Subscription and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we retain your subscription status and related identifiers.
• Technical and usage data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To keep your equipment records and service history current in your Jobber account.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:

• Jobber — the source of the client, property, job and visit data the Service works with, accessed under your authorization.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Email delivery providers, for transactional messages such as password resets.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for a grace period and then deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Equipment records the Service wrote into your Jobber account stay there after you cancel or disconnect.

5. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest. Third-party access tokens (such as your Jobber connection) are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You may access or correct your account information within the Service.
• You may disconnect Jobber at any time from your Jobber account settings, which revokes our access.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

8. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
